Vanessa Brown is an educator, leadership developer, facilitator, consultant, mentor, advocate, entrepreneur and creator with 25+ years of experience in higher education.
At Midlands Technical College, she spent approximately 15 years in director-level student life and student activities leadership, developing programs, mentoring students, managing budgets, planning events and creating experiences that helped people learn, lead and grow

Vanessa helped build and operationalize a Bible college from the ground up, including website development, course organization, student billing, online payments, online testing, answer-key workflows, cloud-based databases, handbooks and administrative processes.
She also co-founded a youth leadership organization and developed leadership training, workbooks, program materials and hands-on learning experiences.
